Corrections Policy
We correct mistakes quickly and transparently. This page explains how to request a correction, how we triage reports, and how we disclose changes.
What Qualifies for a Correction
- Factual errors: Wrong steps, outdated compatibility, incorrect menu names, or broken internal links.
- Omissions: Missing prerequisites, important safety notes, or critical troubleshooting steps.
- Ambiguity: Instructions that can mislead due to unclear wording or context.
How to Request a Correction
- Send an email to support@doordasherrewards.com or use the contact form.
- Include the page URL, the exact passage, what’s wrong, and any evidence or reproduction steps.
- Optional: suggest corrected wording. We will still verify independently.
Our Triage & Response
- Safety‑critical issues: Prioritised immediately (aim: same day).
- High‑impact inaccuracies: Reviewed within 48–72 hours.
- Minor edits (style/typos): Batched into the next routine update.
Types of Fixes & Disclosures
- Inline corrections: We update the text and preserve intent; material changes are noted at the end of the page.
- Clarifications: Added context or caveats where steps may vary.
- Retractions: If a claim cannot be verified, we remove it and note why.
Versioning & Changelogs
- Each page shows a “Last updated” date.
- For substantial changes, we add a brief changelog entry (e.g., compatibility update, new step, removed claim).
Third‑Party Embeds & Links
- We cannot control external changes. If an external resource becomes misleading or unsafe, we remove it.
- We periodically re‑check high‑traffic pages for external breakage.
Escalations
Legal concerns (e.g., copyright claims) are handled under our DMCA Policy. We may temporarily unpublish a page while investigating serious issues.
